Package: gnome-mime-data Version: 2.18.0-1 Severity: important So a while after installing gnome3 packages from Experimental I found out that the file manager links started opening with wrong applications. file:// for me started opening with Clamtk antivirus gui. Files link in the menu worked fine so i supposed it must be Mime type related.
