Package: quilt Version: 0.48-7 I may be overlooking something obvious, but quilt pop -a fails right after dpkg-source supposedly finished applying the series:
$ dpkg-source -x emacs23_23.1+1-7.dsc deb dpkg-source: info: extracting emacs23 in deb dpkg-source: info: unpacking emacs23_23.1+1.orig.tar.gz dpkg-source: info: unpacking emacs23_23.1+1-7.debian.tar.gz dpkg-source: info: applying debian-site-init-el.diff dpkg-source: info: applying debian-startup.diff dpkg-source: info: applying debian-adjust-mail-from-addresses.diff dpkg-source: info: applying handle-dfsg-split.diff dpkg-source: info: applying misc-unseparated.diff dpkg-source: info: applying require-movemail-use-liblockfile.diff dpkg-source: info: applying avoid-fakemail-mail-loss.diff dpkg-source: info: applying version-mention-debian.diff dpkg-source: info: applying look-for-news-to-find-etc.diff dpkg-source: info: applying fix-flymake-xmlstarlet-invocation.diff dpkg-source: info: applying fix-rmail-capitalized-month-names.diff dpkg-source: info: applying fix-dynamic-menus.diff dpkg-source: info: applying fix-gtk-scroll-bar-events.diff dpkg-source: info: applying use-zwj-and-zwnj-for-indic-scripts.diff dpkg-source: info: applying add-unix-to-cpp-undefs.diff $ cd deb && quilt pop -a Patch add-unix-to-cpp-undefs.diff does not remove cleanly (refresh it or enforce with -f) I don't know that it's relevant, but I believe the exact same command worked a few weeks ago, before I updated to current unstable.
