Bug#619355: lynx fails to stop on SIGTSTP (C-z)

        I start lynx as follows, and then stop it with either C-z or $
        kill -TSTP as soon as it shows the page:

$ lynx 
…
[1]+  Stopped                 lynx
$ 

        Then, I bring it back, and stop it once again:

$ fg 
…
[1]+  Stopped                 lynx
$ 

        Then, I bring it back for another time:

$ fg 
…

        … and it doesn't react to SIGTSTP from now on.
