Hi. I just made a testing with the wide-system proxy server disabled and enabled as well. You may find the debug information into the attached file. I did it within the one session with the disabled proxy (last timestamp: 11:56:59.310593 ) than, the proxy settings has been enabled (last timestamp: 11:57:31.965233) and evolution has been tried to reach mail-servers via proxy.
