Given that the libpoppler-qt4 of poppler 0.16.x is binary compatible with the one of poppler 0.12.x, the package is the same, so you can just update libpoppler-qt4-3 from experimental (which will pick libpoppler13 as dependency) and okular will just use. And no, we don't build against experimental. -- Pino Toscano
