a similar issue seems to be reported here: http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=156382 Could you try the following: - nvidia beta driver 270.30 (packages are in experimental) - kernel 2.6.38 (packages are in unstable) and eventually several variations of kernel and driver versions. 195.xx probably won't compile with 2.6.38 headers.
