I tried to compile pbuilder in a sid environment but it FTBFS ; I used the command # builder --build --configfile /etc/pbuilder-sid pbuilder_0.199+nmu3.dsc and it ends saying: test_pbuilder-apt-config: Ran 43 tests and 34 succeeded, 9 failed see attachment for full log, and my /etc/pbuilder-sid config.
