Package: gtk-recordmydesktop Version: 0.3.8-3 Severity: important Tags: patch
Hello, I'm on Debian stable and my program version is 0.3.8-3. When trying to record with audio option checked I get the error: recordMyDeskTop has exited with status: 768. Description: Could not open/configure sound card. I googled for it and it seems that the default config file .gtk-recordmydesktop contains at sound device line: DEFAULT while it should be: default and in fact now it works. It's a simple fix so maybe Debian users just applied it and didn't report the bug. -- System Information: Debian Release: 6.0.1 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'proposed-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-5-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=it_IT.utf8, LC_CTYPE=it_IT.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages gtk-recordmydesktop depends on: ii python 2.6.6-3+squeeze6 interactive high-level object-orie ii python-gtk2 2.17.0-4 Python bindings for the GTK+ widge ii python-support 1.0.10 automated rebuilding support for P ii recordmydesktop 0.3.8.1+svn602-1+b1 Captures audio-video data of a Lin gtk-recordmydesktop recommends no packages. gtk-recordmydesktop suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
