Invoke okular from a terminal emulator so you can see the error
warning output. From the menu, choose Help > About Okular. Click the
"Close" button on the dialog box that pops up.
In the terminal emulator, it prints out a line like:
Application asked to unregister timer 0x6500011d which is not registered in
this thread. Fix application.
(the number changes each time for me)
It does this when closing the "About KDE" dialog box as well.
I also get this error message when closing okular itself.
Sounds like some bookkeeping isn't getting tracked cleanly.
