Package: libcrypt-ssleay-perl
Version: 0.57-2+b1
Severity: important

If Crypt::SSLeay is used with HTTPS_VERSION=2, it causes perl to abort
with

/usr/bin/perl: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/perl5/auto/Crypt/SSLeay/SSLeay.so:
undefined symbol: SSLv2_client_method

It is not possible to catch this with eval { }. AFAICS, there is no way to check
if Crypt::SSLeay works with SSLv2 without causing the program to abort.

Crypt::SSLeay should check if SSLv2 works (at compile time if necessary), and do
a normal die() if it doesn't.
