While the old archives URLs mentioned in the package description still work, I'd find in a bit neater to update those to point to the new canonical URLs: https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-talk/ https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-announce/ (I generally prefer reporting everything on the Debian BTS so that one can easily track if/when it has been fixed, and you don't receive duplicate reports.
