Here are the changes needed for Scientific Linux Cern 6 support. Add those lines to /etc/rinse.rinse.conf:
[slc6] mirror = http://linuxsoft.cern.ch/cern/slc6X/i386/SLC/Packages/ mirror.amd64 = http://linuxsoft.cern.ch/cern/slc6X/x86_64/SLC/Packages/ Put the file slc6.packages into /etc/rinse
