The debian ocaml task force doesn't have yet any plan to migrate to 3.08.4 (we are waiting for big transitions in debian, before uploading 3.08.4 or 3.09...) But if next version required 3.08.4, i will need 3.08.4 >= version... It should be a good reason for a transition.
