Cannot check now for this particular upgrade, but will try when
possible. Which wordlists are installed at your site during the
upgrade?
I am curious that this seems to only affect wordlists. If that box is
still in the same buggy state, I'd appreciate if you could try
# /usr/share/debconf/fix_db.pl
# diff -u /var/cache/debconf/config.dat{-old,} | grep ^[+-]Name
# diff -u /var/cache/debconf/templates.dat{-old,} | grep ^[+-]Name
If only wordlists are afected that should show something like
+Name: shared/packages-wordlist
+Name: shared/packages-wordlist
Please let me know if other templates seem affected.
Above call to /usr/share/debconf/fix_db.pl should leave your debconf
database in a consistent state, so installation problem should no
longer appear . You may need to check that default wordlist is the
desired one by reconfiguring dictionaries-common.
