The "Main" section of the keybinding manager is supposed to
include "Toggle mouse handling" (toggle-mouse) since 0.11.0.
If you use the Search button, please note that it does not
search in closed folders.  (I don't know why.)

Also, in xterm and gnome-terminal at least, holding the Shift key
makes the terminal handle mouse events on its own rather than
pass them to ELinks.
