gcc-mingw-w64's build time is similar to gcc's, so the problem can be
quite well defined without trying...

But #624591 appeared on my radar, and since gcc-mingw32 and mingw32
(which the mingw-w64 series of packages is intended to replace) are
available on all architectures, it makes sense to make the mingw-w64
suite available everywhere as well.

I've pushed the changes to the binutils-mingw-w64 repository, and
uploaded the new version to mentors.debian.net
(http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/b/binutils-mingw-w64/binutils-mingw-w64_0.2.dsc).

Would you care to sponsor it?

I'm rebuilding gcc-mingw-w64 and gcc-mingw32 just now, I'll upload
them tomorrow.

Regards,

Stephen
