There is no subdirectory public_html/modules/help/teacher in the source package of wims. The required module should be there. As a matter of fact, the relevant module is available in a SVN repository distinct from the repository containing the source of Wims. If you want to get the FAQ, you can go to the website management interface (which can be accessed if the url is http://localhost/wims, with default settings), then choose to download the necessary modules from upstream. Currently the weight of all published Wims modules is impressive: on my machine (which was up to date some months ago), the modules can be compressed into an archive of 250 MB: $ sudo tar czf - /var/lib/wims/public_html/modules/ | wc -c 258464818 However: $ sudo tar czf - /var/lib/wims/public_html/modules/help/teacher | wc -c 554830 So, publishing a recommended package "wims-faq" seems reasonable. The easiest way to make it is: first to update an existing wims service from the upstream module repositories, then isolate a subset of the modules. Have you any suggestion to explain such a procedure in the debian/copyright file of a new package? Or have you a completely different suggestions to solve this issue? > Also the new README.Debian is very useful. Thank you. > Also the link 'gestionnaire de ce site' still point to the incorrect email > adress > wims@localhost:8000. I fear that this bug will only touch people who do not want to publish their wims service worldwide. In that case, they probably know personnally the 'gestionnaire de ce site' guy ;) Best regards, Georges.
