Package: pure-ftpd-mysql Version: 1.0.30-1 Severity: important
Restarting the pure-ftpd-mysql service while there is at least one client connected ends with: pure-ftpd: (?@?) [ERROR] Unable to start a standalone server: [Address already in use] The service is unavailable to anyone but the already connected clients and I have to kill the remaining processes to restart the service. This is especially bad as the logrotate script does an automatic service restart. -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.38-2-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages pure-ftpd-mysql depends on: ii libc6 2.11.2-11 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libcap2 1:2.20-1 support for getting/setting POSIX. ii libmysqlclient16 5.1.49-3 MySQL database client library ii libpam0g 1.1.2-2 Pluggable Authentication Modules l ii libssl0.9.8 0.9.8o-7 SSL shared libraries ii lsb-base 3.2-27 Linux Standard Base 3.2 init scrip ii openbsd-inetd [inet-sup 0.20080125-6 The OpenBSD Internet Superserver ii pure-ftpd-common 1.0.30-1 Pure-FTPd FTP server (Common Files ii zlib1g 1:1.2.3.4.dfsg-3 compression library - runtime pure-ftpd-mysql recommends no packages. pure-ftpd-mysql suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
