Thanks for reporting this!

This is caused by using the wrong constant when checking the return code
of the integer parsing function. The issue was introduced when
refactoring the option parsing code in commit
000a3bf3d784108a2d735f3268d36d644aa6c9d5.

I've sent a pull request to Jonas on GitHub and will include the patch
in the next upload (either new upstream version or as a dpatch, whatever
comes first ;-)).
