please don't restart container on package upgrades. it's unecessary and is a huge problem for containers that have complex services running taking a lot of time to start. this is somewhat similar to the bug with iscsi where on upgrades, the shares were remounted. in case you don't agree, please at least make it possible to configure it, so that onboot, the containers are started, but not on package upgrades. i'll provide a patch for it later these days.
