Bug#626169: strongswan: ipsec tunnels fail because charon segfaults

I went on #strongswan and I got that information:

    16:03      ecdsa | MadCoder: I think there was a problem with the dhcp 
plugin in 4.5.0

FWIW it looks like that with the strongswan from squeeze my setup is
stable and that indeed 4.5.0 is broken and 4.5.1 should be packaged.
