Hi Christoph, First, sorry for the delay since 6.1.3 is out. I have been able to achieve a build myself with some minimal changes, but you'll notice that the installed system-wide instance Virtuoso itself doesn't work correctly. It's because upstream again tweaked the layout of the various database and config files in a way that doesn't work very well for Debian. I have to fix this.
