This file was dropped from libdspam7-drv-sqlite3 and should not exist on
your system.

The unique daily cron job is now shipped within the dspam package and
handles daily maintenance via dspam_maintenance (which supports all DSPAM
backends).

This bug is hence `fixed' in a way, but I'd like to understand why you still
have this file installed.
