retitle 626254 DEHS and QA pages lacking upstream data -> div by zero thanks
The division by zero cannot be the main issue. My qa.debian.org page is also missing all upstream data. Most of those are from CPAN and we noticed our CPAN mirror had to be changed recently for a similar issue affecting pet.cgi. However three of my packages are not from CPAN and they also are affected.
