I'm unfortunately quite busy right now. Since this clearly isn't anything debian specific, it would be nice if you could discuss this with upstream directly (Try Stephen Hemminger at Vyatta and the [email protected] mailing list). The code to do the matching is found in tc/f_u32.c, function parse_ipv4 under the case 20: .... at approx line no 860.
