It's ugly, but it would be a pity if, say, a programmer who installed
only libncursesw5-dev missed out by simply not noticing the absence. I
would rather have a little duplication than any of the workarounds I
can think of (e.g. advertising the .supp file in the package
description, adding suggests/recommends from other dev packages...).
