I'm all for promoting libio-socket-inet6-perl in
libio-socket-ssl-perl from Suggests to something stronger; not sure
if Recommends or Depends is correct.

I tend to agree with Thijs that Recommends is appropriate but Dpminic
also has a point with the Depends.

Other opinions?
