Here's a patch updating (well removing) several svgalib related entries.
The background that lead to this request can be found at http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=623747 . In particular this issue is rendering fpc uninstallable on armel (and hence blocking it's migration to testing).
