Indeed, I don't think listadmin actually contacts the server at all - the command returns in about 1 second. ~/.listadmin.ini: adminurl http://lists.alioth.debian.org/mailman/admindb/pkg-octave-devel password XXXX The password is correct; in fact I haven't touched the ini-file for quite some time.
