Hi! I briefly checked the package. I guess this bug will automatically be fixed if you rebuild gnuradio: Build-Depends are correct, shlib:depends is correct. The only reason why it depends on "the wrong" libjack library is because it was built before we introduced switchable jack installations.
Unfortunately, the package is FTBFS atm. Still, I reckon a new upload will fix it.
