Hello dudes,
I already reported in 627340 and 627341, that the enigmail and iceowl
extensions do not work with the current icedove(eglibc, testing, sid,
whatever..) and I think both are related to this icedove issue.
As I already described in other bug ids (what also other submitters have
done) icedove fails to start, where I tried it out with the safe mode,
moving away the whole .icedove folder, purging extensions and so on..
with LD_BIND_NOW=1 icedove starts, but it looks like extensions do not
work at all with it (enigmail and iceowl in this case).
Whyever I just changed from the location from my laptop to my
workstation this day (both systems are amd64 with an up-to-date sid,
same extensions and ~/.icedove is synced between both PCs) I could
started for ONE time icedove without prefixing LD_BIND_NOW and the
extensions worked \o/
But then I wanted to get too much information and with the second try to
start icedove I had to pass LD_BIND_NOW again => extensions didn't
worked again..
