Hi,

I consider that as feature, not as bug. I think normally when you want
to build a package by hand, then you want to build a package with a newer
version than that in the archive. What you should be able to do, however
is:

apt-get -t<target-dist> source <packagename>

But apt-get doesn't honour -t if you specify source as action. That's a
real bug I think.
