Source: debconf Version: 1.5.39 Severity: important Hello,
debconf build-depends on libqtgui4-perl but it builds fine without this dependency. Apparently, libqtgui4-perl is only useful at runtime (and debconf binary package suggests it already). Could you remove this package from Build-Depends? I'm reporting this as important because qt4-perl (source package for libqtgui4-perl) might have to go away from testing (or archive) temporarily or permanently. When this happens, this trivial bug will become RC so it's better to avoid that in advance... -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (110, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.39-1-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=lt_LT.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=lt_LT.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages debconf depends on: ii perl-base 5.12.3-7 minimal Perl system Versions of packages debconf recommends: ii apt-utils 0.8.14.1 APT utility programs ii debconf-i18n 1.5.39 full internationalization support Versions of packages debconf suggests: ii debconf-doc 1.5.39 debconf documentation ii debconf-utils 1.5.39 debconf utilities pn libgnome2-perl <none> (no description available) pn libnet-ldap-perl <none> (no description available) pn libqtcore4-perl <none> (no description available) pn libqtgui4-perl <none> (no description available) pn libterm-readline-gnu-perl <none> (no description available) ii perl 5.12.3-7 Larry Wall's Practical Extraction ii whiptail 0.52.11-2 Displays user-friendly dialog boxe -- debconf information: debconf-apt-progress/preparing: debconf-apt-progress/title: debconf-apt-progress/info: debconf-apt-progress/media-change: debconf/frontend: Dialog debconf/priority: high -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
