Hello,
yes, I'm aware of this. There is a new upstream version ready, but not
all of the required libs are (already) in unstable and I also work on some
compile issues. If everything fails and an upload of
libbrasero-media3-dev to unstable cannot happen in the near future, I
could also try to pull out the libnotify patches from git and build a
transitionary package for libnotify, but I'd rather go the full way
and release a GNOME 3 ready package directly.

(Btw. I haven't tried the experimental libnotify0.7 packages of yours
yet, will do so later).
