Hi,

I accidentially put dh_autoreconf into a target in debian/rules that is
run twice (once for i386, once for amd64). The result was that the
second call to dh_autoreconf make debian/autoreconf.before and
debian/autoreconf.after list the same hashes and cleaning failed.

Either dh_autoreconf should somehow be made idempotent or alternatively
print a warning.

Greetings,
Joachim
