running wiper.sh gives the following output:
root@hsp1/home/cdr $ ./wiper.sh /dev/sda1
wiper.sh: Linux SATA SSD TRIM utility, version 2.8, by Mark Lord.
/usr/sbin/rdev: needed but not found, aborting.
checking on the state of rdev revealed, it is gone from util-linux since at
least 2.19.1-2. so, wiper.sh fails.
