According to upstream, apparently the problem lies with the statement
svn_sqlite__exec(*db, "PRAGMA case_sensitive_like=on;"). Whether the
ultimate bug is in sqlite or subversion remains to be seen. We'll see
what the SQLite developers think about Daniel Shahaf's minimal case:
