On some of our servers, we periodically see "name_count maxed, losing inode data" messages in the kernel log. >From what I can tell from Google, they are probably harmless and caused by the auditing subsystem. The following URL has a patch for this: https://www.redhat.com/archives/linux-audit/2010-March/msg00010.html I don't know if this patch has been accepted upstream. Please consider applying this patch to the squeeze kernel.
