Since some time I get strange messages in syslog when unplugging GnuPG
card. The message is not happen all times. In fact it happens seldom. I
am also not fully sure that pcscd is the source but it is obvious.

Here is the rsyslog dump of such a message:
    Debug line with all properties:
FROMHOST: 'xxxx', fromhost-ip: '127.0.0.1', HOSTNAME: 'xxxx', PRI: 0,
    syslogtag '4>', programname: '4>', APP-NAME: '4>', PROCID: '-', MSGID: '-',
    TIMESTAMP: 'Jun 26 17:59:31', STRUCTURED-DATA: '-',
    msg: ''
    escaped msg: ''
    inputname: imuxsock rawmsg: '#001'

Why do you think it is a pcscd bug? What is "obvious"?
I can't find anything in your log entry related to pcscd.

Bye
