Users enter the room, mostly twice, without leaving the room. This occurs in pidgin 2.9.0 (testing) after I suspended the computer once and woke up again with pidgin running. We found out that the trigger may be a status change, this is a log snippet (renamed users): (11:44:00) jabber: Recv (ssl)(501): <presence from='debianforum...@chat.debianforum.de/anonymous' to='mys...@debianforum.de/home'><show>away</show><status>Ich bin gerade nicht hier</status><c xmlns='http://jabber.org/protocol/caps' node='http://pidgin.im/' hash='sha-1' ver='AcN1/PEN8nq7AHD+9jpxMV4U6YM=' ext='voice-v1 camera-v1 video-v1'/><x xmlns='vcard-temp:x:update'><photo>f55d9c3a6158b5e9112c62208f1dafa18b090450</photo></x><x xmlns='http://jabber.org/protocol/muc#user'><item affiliation='none' role='participant'/></x></presence> (11:44:00) GLib: g_hash_table_lookup: assertion `hash_table != NULL' failed (11:44:00) GLib: g_hash_table_insert_internal: assertion `hash_table != NULL' failed (11:44:00) jabber: Ignoring exts in new-style caps from debianforum...@chat.debianforum.de/anonymous (11:44:00) jabber: Recv (ssl)(546): <presence from='debianforum...@chat.debianforum.de/anonymous' to='mys...@debianforum.de/home'><show>away</show><status>Ich bin gerade nicht hier</status><query xmlns='jabber:iq:last' seconds='602'/><c xmlns='http://jabber.org/protocol/caps' node='http://pidgin.im/' hash='sha-1' ver='AcN1/PEN8nq7AHD+9jpxMV4U6YM=' ext='voice-v1 camera-v1 video-v1'/><x xmlns='vcard-temp:x:update'><photo>f55d9c3a6158b5e9112c62208f1dafa18b090450</photo></x><x xmlns='http://jabber.org/protocol/muc#user'><item affiliation='none' role='participant'/></x></presence> (11:44:00) GLib: g_hash_table_lookup: assertion `hash_table != NULL' failed (11:44:00) GLib: g_hash_table_insert_internal: assertion `hash_table != NULL' failed (11:44:00) jabber: Ignoring exts in new-style caps from debianforum...@chat.debianforum.de/anonymous (11:44:09) prefs: /pidgin/debug/filterlevel changed, scheduling save. -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (700, 'testing'), (500, 'stable'), (400, 'unstable'), (10, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.39.1-custom01 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=de_DE.utf8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages pidgin depends on: ii gconf2 2.32.4-1 GNOME configuration database syste ii libatk1.0-0 2.0.0-1 The ATK accessibility toolkit ii libc6 2.13-7 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libcairo2 1.10.2-6 The Cairo 2D vector graphics libra ii libdbus-1-3 1.4.12-2 simple interprocess messaging syst ii libdbus-glib-1-2 0.94-2 simple interprocess messaging syst ii libfontconfig1 2.8.0-2.2 generic font configuration library ii libfreetype6 2.4.4-1 FreeType 2 font engine, shared lib ii libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 2.23.3-3 GDK Pixbuf library ii libglib2.0-0 2.28.6-1 The GLib library of C routines ii libgstreamer0.10-0 0.10.34-1 Core GStreamer libraries and eleme ii libgtk2.0-0 2.24.4-3 The GTK+ graphical user interface ii libgtkspell0 2.0.16-1 a spell-checking addon for GTK's T ii libice6 2:1.0.7-2 X11 Inter-Client Exchange library ii libpango1.0-0 1.28.3-6 Layout and rendering of internatio ii libpurple0 2.9.0-1 multi-protocol instant messaging l ii libsm6 2:1.2.0-2 X11 Session Management library ii libx11-6 2:1.4.3-2 X11 client-side library ii libxml2 2.7.8.dfsg-3 GNOME XML library ii libxss1 1:1.2.1-1 X11 Screen Saver extension library ii perl-base [perlapi-5.12.3] 5.12.3-7+b1 minimal Perl system ii pidgin-data 2.9.0-1 multi-protocol instant messaging c Versions of packages pidgin recommends: ii gstreamer0.10-plugins-base 0.10.34-1 GStreamer plugins from the "base" ii gstreamer0.10-plugins-good 0.10.29-2 GStreamer plugins from the "good" Versions of packages pidgin suggests: pn evolution-data-server <none> (no description available) pn gnome-panel | kdebase-workspa <none> (no description available) ii libsqlite3-0 3.7.6.3-1 SQLite 3 shared library -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
