Right, I've noticed that too. There was a discussion about
CONFIG_CGROUP_MEM_RES_CTLR some time ago (#534964) and I was waiting to see 
if something moved before taking action, but the discussion seems dead right
now.

I'll make the memory controller optional as you suggested in the next 
upload, and document how to re-enable it.
