Dear maintainers, I found out, that this behavior appears only on Nvidia hardware. As it seems, I am the only one in the world, who is using the combination of
[MCP67 OHCI USB 1.1 Controller (rev a2)] + <=Kernel 2.6.32-5-amd64 + 64-bit- System you can safely close this bug. The bug is opened at bugzilla.,kernel.org with bugnumber #22052 if there is surprising someone withe the same hardware and software and problems as me. Thank you for all people, who cared about this.
