If you go (right now) on

You see:
2338 files (83%) translated
 482 files (17%) not translated

So, 2338+482=2820

And 83% of 2820 is 2340 > 2338. 

I noticed this several times already. It is a bit confusing, when you
want to figure out how many files you need to translate still to gain
the next percent.
