The pybootchartgui program requires the cairo python module to operate. However, its package does not declare a dependency on python-cairo. After manually installing python-cairo (on a console-based system that didn't already have it installed), the program works fine.
It also requires python-gtk2, which i'm wondering we can make optional upstream.
