I didn't forget the bug. It was on my todo list and I finally found time to work on it. I have committed a fix to the bzr repository of mozilla-devscripts. dh_xul-ext became an --all parameter that should give you what you want. Please test it and report back if you want more/something else/whatever. Note: mozilla-devscripts doesn't build on Debian due to bug #633372 [1]. I will upload mozilla-devscript once this bug is fixed. You could either build mozilla-devscripts on Ubuntu or disable the failing test (remove "ubuntu" from TESTS at line 21 in tests/dh_xul-ext/test).
