real time
    following examples demeonstrate that

         1547.51s real     0.05s user     6.41s system
        Sun Jul 10 08:08:22 CEST 2011 - file sent
           according the "date" output, the real real time is: 15'29'', i.e.  
928s

            8.33s real     0.00s user     0.00s system
        ->bash
        ->time sleep 5
            real    0m5.001s
            user    0m0.004s
            sys     0m0.000s
