We are transitioning from libjpeg62 to libjpeg8. As mentionned on debian-devel-announce[1], please update libgd2-noxpm-dev to Depends on libjpeg-dev instead of libjpeg62-dev. The following Depends was found: libgd2-noxpm-dev :Depends: libjpeg62-dev libgd2-xpm-dev :Depends: libjpeg62-dev (The Build-Depends has already been updated, but not the Depends). Please fix this bug soon.
