a command as :

iptables -t filter -A OUTPUT -o $WAN_INTERFACE -s $WAN_IP -d $WAN_NETWORK -p 
all -m state ! --state INVALID           -j ACCEPT

return this error:

iptables v1.4.11.1: state: option "--state" cannot be inverted.

There is no problem with iptables 1.4.10-1
