Maybe, nothing Replaces/Breaks: breaks installation order.
As reporter's installation log, uim-common failed to install,
then it caused to do installation process without libuim7.
So, next packages that Replaces/Breaks: added will
install uim-common and libuim7 before uim-gtk2.0/uim-gtk3,
without Pre-Depends: libuim7.
