I can perfectly reproduce it. Which combination of grsecurity and
kernel did you test? It's not completely up to date, but the base
problem seems to be #623997. I think because iceweasel does not start
up, the script never completes, i.e. "hangs". I assume that the bug
report script needs a starting iceweasel?
